Regarding The Vietnam Center and Sam Johnson Vietnam Archive at Texas Tech University

Peter Caldwell · April 28, 2021 ·

Having donated copies of both my Việt-Nam books to their library, I am currently finishing up a series of interviews about my experiences in Việt-Nam in 1966-1967.

Besides an extensive collection of memorabilia from that era, they have an ongoing oral history program with over 1400 interviews to date of veterans from different countries as well as civilians. In addition, they sponsor historian-focused seminars and in general are a great resource for academic study of that period.

I would especially encourage individuals to visit the site and obtain more information about participation in the oral history project: https://www.vietnam.ttu.edu.
